- Identification. Neutrality. The customer is informed that SoftBrocker is completely independent entity and will not cooperate with any third party, will never transfer the client data unless legal and subjective imposition.
Corporatism. Softbrocker, is a company of of Elegant Business Corp. so that the final responsibility are in behalf of Elegant Business who is the only one who could address direct communications to the customer in order to to update punctual and eventual corporative events.
Communications. Softbrocker during the current purchasing process, and / or negotiation could address as many direct mail, and automated as necessary to the customer reporting the status of the transaction until delivery to the client, in goal of provide comprehensive monitoring process, and post sell inquiries to verify the costumer satisfaction.
Transfer and management. SoftBrocker could address to the costumer direct or indirect evaluation surveys to verify the correct treatment and management of the transaction. This survey is internal, and / or managed by internal staff Softbrocker, never transferred to third parties.
Bulletins. SoftBrocker regularly sends a monthly newsletter with the monthly current offer within one product per month. The package consists of an email with a maximum of 256 characters, which requires a maximum of 2 minutes of reading, with sufficient clarification on the title. Customers may cancel to receive the newsletter by resubscribing to it in any moment from his client panel, or by replying with the title: no more emails.
Cancellation, rectification& subscription. The customer may at any time access his personal data stored by Softbrocker, in order for rectification, cancellation under the provisions of Spanish law, or other established under the European Union directives, or other specific respect.
- Returns & Replacements Policy
- We Herby inform and insist that the costumer are acknowledged that Section 45c of the Act nº 47/2002 of Dec. 19th. on the reform of the Act 7 /1996 of January 15th., regarding the Retail Trade for transposition into national Spanish law to the European Directive 97/7 EC regarding contracts by distance, that he's waived completely from the right to return of items purchased after reception, being an intellectual property and industrial rights. The aforementioned regulations shall apply to all those whose destiny is sales European Union Territory, under the Directive 97/7 being replaced by any other rules similar to this policy applies, but can't be never in opposite. Section 6 from our T&C are applicable for other territories, being always in the same sense of conditions.

- Softbrocker are a specific service Business to Business, and we suppose, and the client have to recognize that our technical specifications are generic and address to specific professional public. A client have to recognize and verify the product which he's purchasing, even in case of specification missing, because we suppose as know technical requirements for our public, and no guarantee accepted in case of incompatibilities or technical difficulties in the licenses installation. WE DON'T PROVIDE ANY TECHNICA SUPPORT FOR OUR SOFTWARE LICENSES INSTALLATIONS.
- in relation with our hosting services, we provide exclusively unmanaged hosting, with full root access to our servers. If a clients are unfamiliar with auto management of VPS or dedicate server we provide an additional management service with additional fees to cover the management service cost.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Payments are acceptable in any way established in our website, in regardless of a client potential, territory or other technical availability. Softbrocker guarantee right of each costumer to refund any deference in the price in case of substantial alteration int eh following 72 hours from the date of purchase. We understand, exclusively, as date of purchase the date from where the client satisfy the payment, not the reception date.
- Viewing Orders
- In use of the client account, a client can review the history of all over his transactions, print invoices, or review his orders in way of process at any moment if needed.
- Updating Account Information
- The client can update, remove, modify all over his information provided in his account by in use of his client dashboard. In all cases, the client have right to delete all over his account data from our database at any moment, by addressing such as request to our webmaster.
